Covid 19 recovery
We recognise the impact and challenges that Covid-19 has created, on our staff, clients, suppliers, and the wider communities within which we operate. Companies have a leadership role to take in aiding recovery. We supported clients with their transition to digital working and new collaborative ways of working virtually, which allowed them to rapidly embrace new ways of working in order to stay connected and productive. Throughout the pandemic, Oaklin continued to practically support our partner charities, for example supporting YoungMinds to help them restructure to tackle the exponential increase in mental health problems among children and young people resulting from lockdown.
