Accelerating Retailer Adoption of Used Cars Online

Client Situation

Oaklin partnered with a global automotive manufacturer to support the launch of a new Used Car Online Platform, taking ownership of the retailer engagement and migration workstream. Internal teams and third-party suppliers were engaged to drive awareness, training, and migration activity across the network. Within six weeks, Oaklin supported all 220 retailer sites to complete the required onboarding activities and enabling more than 12,000 used vehicles to be sold. Oaklin also designed and delivered an extended hyper-care period alongside an ongoing training and adoption programme to embed sustained platform usage.

Client Outcome

A comprehensive platform was launched, with the right foundations to support scalable, network-wide digital retail growth demonstrating Oaklin’s ability to mobilise networks at pace and facilitate sustained growth.
